You mount a physical checkpoint where the work is done. The token runs on a battery, with no internet and no mains power.

The employee enters the code
They type the code from the display into their phone browser. No app install. The code rotates every 30 seconds and works once.

The check-in, check-out or visit appears in the panel with the employee, the checkpoint and the time.

Questions about this industry
Is the system suitable for a public-sector unit?
Yes. An account covers employees, checkpoints and reports, with no app installed on private phones. The scope and number of points are matched to the unit.
Does the system confirm that a task was completed?
No. It confirms the employee's presence at an assigned checkpoint, the time of the event and the history of check-ins and check-outs. A description of the work performed is kept separately, in the task and comment layer.
Can several subordinate units be covered?
Yes. Each location is a separate checkpoint and reports can be reviewed per site. For a larger number of units we prepare an individual quote.
