Why a changing code instead of a regular QR code?

A static QR code can be photographed once and reused later from another location. The RCP Token code changes every 30 seconds, so an old photo is not enough for future confirmations. The system makes remote attendance confirmation significantly more difficult without continuous GPS tracking or app installation.

Physical checkpoint — RCP token: 39 EUR net per unit.

All plans include the core platform functionality. Pricing depends primarily on the number of employees and active control points. Additional functionality is confirmed before deployment.

Annual plans are activated individually. Before implementation, we confirm the scope, number of devices, deployment date, access period and renewal terms.

For international customers, we prepare an individual quotation based on the delivery country, VAT treatment, shipping cost and deployment scope.

Physical tokens are purchased once and remain the customer's property. Renewals cover access to the platform and any optional additional services.

The checkpoint limit is the maximum number of active tokens covered by the subscription. Devices are purchased separately.

Prices are net (excluding VAT). Local installation, travel and integrations are quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions

No. A phone, tablet or computer browser is enough. The employee signs in with a link and enters the token code.

No. The token is an autonomous battery device that generates codes independently of any network.

A current code can be shared with another person, so RCP Token is not a biometric identification system. However, the code is valid only for a short time and changes every 30 seconds. Unlike a static QR code, one photo cannot be reused later. The system records the event on the employee’s account and significantly increases the difficulty of confirming attendance from another location.

The system auto-closes the shift according to profile rules and raises an alert for the administrator — the day is flagged for review.

Yes. The Start plan (3 checkpoints) is designed as a pilot — you can expand at any time.

Yes. All checkpoints and employees are visible in one panel, with per-location reports.
